Information on Ordering Payment Shipping and Returns
1) You may place orders by using the "cart" feature of this site.
This feature is typical of most Internet shops allowing you to browse and select items for purchase.
2) When you have a item displayed there is a button marked add to cart.
Your cart contents are displayed after each selection and you can alter the quantity required or delete items which may have been incorrectly selected.
If you wish to select more items press continue shopping.
3) When you have finished with your selection proceed to "checkout" , press the checkout button.
Follow the step by step instructions which include a form to fill with your mailing details, and choice of payment.
UK Shipping
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
International Shipping
Due to high insurance and postage costs we can only dispatch to the UK.
Payment
We accept payment by any of the following methods:
1) Credit or Debit cards by using the WorldPay service.
2) PAYPAL
3) Cheques made payable to Tamar Embroideries and posted to

4) By phone -Use the cheque payment choice at the end of the shopping routine,
then call 01822 833 099 with your card details.

Delivery
As each item is individually designed and embroidered to your own requirements
delivery time will vary according to the complexity of your design;
We normally aim to dispatch orders within
2 weeks for words only embroidery and
3 weeks for logo embroidery.
Returns
Please check sizes and logo wording/spelling details carefully when you order - once goods are embroidered, mistakes cannot be corrected.
You may change or cancel your order, by email or phone, up to the point that your design/words are about to be stitched.
If you cancel your order before the goods have been embroidered you will receive a full refund.
We cannot offer a refund if your embroidery has been stitched,
unless the garment is faulty.
If we have made a mistake with your order or the goods are faulty, just return them to us unused and we will replace them or give a full refund. If you have used/worn the goods we will be unable to replace them or offer a refund unless they are faulty.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any point. We will notify you by email, phone or letter if your order has been cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
